Nice room, amazing breakfast buffet,travel agent, nice beach directly across the road and many food options in resort plaza. Location is perfect including access to EVERYTHING you might want or need. by Brunner Visit Date:August 11, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "It is a clean and tidy hotel, with a few lacks. first is to mention that the whirlpool is out of order, and was not been repaired in the 3 weeks of our stay, although we gave up the request to do that. the 2 pools are in a bad condition, they loose single tiles on the ground. The hotel has a very good towel service, every guest gets one for each time you visit the pool, everytime a fresh one, but there are no matresses availeble for the Bathing seats. That is a tiny lack of confort. Buddy Hotel would be the perfect space to stay if the manegement kept an eye on the hotel, and reduce the things obove. It is not recommendable for people who want to bath in the sea. The beach at the hotel is wonderful, but the water is flat and stony. you have to bath in the pool, or walk about 1000 meters to get to very good waters.All in one we have to say that we were lucky with the hotel, and if the few little lacks are terminatet it is a hotel which is recommendable at all times. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

I like the colonial style of this hotel. One problem - the hotel has no good sea for swimming but it has 2 beautiful swimming pools. If you can drive motorbike - you will no have any problem with swimming in the sea because you can drive everywhere on the island:)! The hotel is excelllent quality for the money. Great facilities, just a little out from Lamai. This is my fvorite hotel in Thailand. Make sure you tip the staff well as they deserve it :)" |

The hotel itself was very nice: the breakfast was delicious, room was bright and fully equipped. The pool was smaller than we expected but it was good enough for what we all expected from the hotel. When we checked out to transfer to the other hotel, Buddy staff actually offered free transfer to the other hotel (firstly they offered the service for 300Baht)My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Pity that we didn t stay longer" |
