The room was O.K. but the staff was very unpolitely and the hotel manager was directly unfriendly and not helpfull in any way. We stayed at the Loft Wing and 4 times we came back to the hotel and the reception was empty. We had to get our key ourselfes and anyone could have takes our key! The main reason we booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi facility that placed at the rooftop of the hotel building. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the jacuzzi was broken and still in repairing but it would be done tomorrow. Everyday we asked them about the jacuzzi and the answer was the same that we couldn t use it because they needed some parts from Bangkok to fix it and finally until we finished our vac, we ve never able to use it.
