You ll have to rent at a rate of 100 baht per day. And they only gives you only one key per room. I feel that it s inconvenient.Right outside the hotel, there would be taxi drivers waiting fish you up. Check the rates and keep walking before deciding which one to choose from. The view from the rooms is either a parking garage or ten feet away looking into another person s room. The staff are very friendly and very helpful but poorly trained how to maintain their Internet service which went down frequently and stayed down until they could get a technician to come in to fix it. Wi-Fi was only 1-st day and then we needed to go to the restaurant nearby it was inconvinient very much. We have lived on 3-d floor - it was a little bit noisy.Breakfast was really good. But despite of amentioned above, I will not stay in that hotel for the next time." |

The shopping centers are nearby and that was the criteria for us when booking.The street outside hotel has almost nothing to offer but taxi/tuk tuk service and 7/11." |

It had one of the most elaborate breakfast buffets and the location was pretty good as it was within walking distance of the skytrain." |

The reception staff were without a doubt the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever come across. To say they were rude and unhelpful would be an understatement! Not what you d expect from the country of a thousand smiles!! Their internet system was down for 4 days from Christmas day and although they told us every day it was going to be fixed, it was not. Very frustrating when you are trying to stay in touch with family over the holiday season. So eventually we gave up and cancelled our stay as having wifi was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Make sure you pay your deposit in cash or credit card, because if like me you use a debit card they will keep the payment for up to one month before reimbursing you!! I would never stay in this hotel again!" |
