"Old and run-down place, everything needs a major renovation, especially the bathrooms, did not even dare to take a shower! Won t recommend this place, not even for a stopover on the way to Chiang Mai like we did. There are much, much better options in town!!!" | ||
There was no booking information at the hotel. The hotel staff said, they didn t receive any information from the online booking agency. Luckily I had the reservation number. After waiting for half an hour the hotel staff said, they received the fax and the booking is fine., January 5, 2009

"When we arrived, the room was not ready, but they cleaned it quickly. The furniture in the room were old but the room was clean. The service at the reception was good but the service at the bar and in the restaurant was very bad. The waiters were slowly and they were incompetend." | ||
No problems with the service but would like to see Sawadee vet the hotels they list to make sure they cater to tourists as most of the hotels don t cater to tourist at all even the staff said they only cater to Thais, February 27, 2007
